Refund Policy

At annifestation, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please read our Refund Policy carefully so you understand how refunds, cancellations,

and access rights work for our digital products, courses, memberships, and services.

1. All Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. This includes:

  • Prompt Products

  • Systems

  • Blueprints

  • Scripts

  • Journals

  • Planners

  • Digital downloads

  • E-books

  • Digital Books

  • Audio Books

  • Audio Visulas

  • Playbooks

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Pre-recorded Trainings

  • Audio Files

  • Manifestation Tools

  • Resumes

  • Cover Letters

  • Any item delivered electronically

Once the product has been delivered or access granted -

No refunds will be issued.

2. Courses, Memberships + Programs

Because users gain immediate access to proprietary content,

courses and memberships are also non-refundable, including:

  • annifestation Academy courses

  • 12-week programs

  • Prompt memberships

  • Coaching bundles

  • Digital toolkits

If your purchase includes login access, the purchase becomes non-refundable

once your account is created or the course dashboard is opened.

3. Coaching Services

All 1:1 coaching sessions, consultations, or personalized services are non-refundable.
If rescheduling is permitted, it must be done within the timeframe stated at booking.

(usually 24 hours in advance)

No-shows are not refundable or transferable.

4. Subscription-Based Memberships

For monthly memberships:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Your cancellation applies to future billing cycles

  • We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time

  • You will retain access until the end of the billing period

For annual plans, refunds are not provided once the subscription is active.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice using the same email address:

We may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only, provided both of the following are true:

  1. You contact us within 3 days, and

  2. You have not downloaded, accessed, or used both copies of the product.

6. Failed or Mistaken Charges

If you believe a payment was processed by mistake, please contact us immediately at:

support@annifestation.com

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us

may result in revoked access to all annifestation content.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, we will gladly help resolve it.
A technical issue does not qualify for a refund, but we will ensure:

  • You receive your product

  • Your account is functioning

  • Access problems are corrected

8. Unauthorized Use or Sharing

Refunds will not be issued in circumstances where our content has been

downloaded, shared, redistributed, or accessed in ways that violate our Terms of Service.

Any unauthorized distribution of annifestation content may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Legal action

  • Loss of access

  • No refund granted

9. Changes to This Policy

annifestation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
